Claire believes movement should be meaningful and have a purpose in our everyday lives allowing our bodies to function as they should. Classes will take the traditional form of settling, asana (functional physical practice), pranayama (breathing practices) and finishing with deep relaxation.

We are offering a pay as you feel class the 2nd Friday of every month. Each class will have a different teacher and subject to inspire you.
Angela will skillfully guide you through practices to help you maintain and improve physical movement and function, as well as teach you breathing practices alongside other ancient esoteric practices. This hatha yoga class runs on Monday evening and Tuesday evening.
