Every class is tailored to the needs of the students & always includes breathing practice and mobility, balance and strengthening practices.
Students may find this class to be a helpful for exploring yoga practices, tools and techniques that can be beneficial not only for improving our physical health, but also our ability to cope with the various challenges that life can throw our way
Claire believes movement should be meaningful and have a purpose in our everyday lives allowing our bodies to function as they should. Classes will take the traditional form of settling, asana (functional physical practice), pranayama (breathing practices) and finishing with deep relaxation.

Two different yoga on Thursday nights altering them each week, one will be hatha yoga and the alternate week will be yin yang yoga.
