In this gentle Hatha Yoga class I invite you to move slowly and with awareness to what is appropriate to your body and how is feels today. Working with a chair is a useful tool and can help you access the movement and postures with ease.
We are offering a pay as you feel class the 2nd Friday of every month. Each class will have a different teacher and subject to inspire you.
Family is so important, and time and care are needed to nurture it and make it work; yoga is perfect for this! Children, parents, and even grandparents get to enjoy practicing yoga together and strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun.
Yin Yoga is time for self-care, time to slow down, time to just be as you are skillfully guided into long mindful holds.
