Hatha Yoga – Mon Eve Angela

Studio

Angela passionately believes that yoga is about so much more than the physical postures. While yoga helps us to understand and care for our bodies, it can also offer us a deeper understanding of our minds, our responses to life and the way we move through the world. Yoga teaches us to live with greater awareness — both on and off the mat.
