The bliss of meditation beckons, but sitting still in silence may seem challenging, if not impossible.
Fear not. Yoga is meditation, and it is possible to enjoy and reconnect with stillness from the very first class.
The foundations and essence of meditation are in asana, and within us as teachers.
My classes will begin with settling into the space and connecting to the breath. We will then begin to gently warm up the body, move into mindful standing sequences and balance and then come back down to the mat for some floor poses, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.

While yoga helps us to understand and care for our bodies, it can also offer us a deeper understanding of our minds, our responses to life and the way we move through the world. Moon Medicine is a modern moon circle designed to help you pause, reflect and reconnect — with nature, the seasons, and your own inner rhythm.
