You may come to a yoga class once or twice a week but how do you live yoga?

A yogic lifestyle is based on the teaching & wisdom of yoga and the foundations are:

Awareness – this is the ability to observe and understand the environment, conditions, situations & events that influence us.

Attitude – involves developing a positive and creative outlook of life, and the ability to convert negative influences into positive inspirations & to encourage others to do this too.

Action – involves an understanding of how we act, think and interact in the world, which should be assisted by Viveka – Discrimination – knowing the just from unjust, right from wrong, appropriate from inappropriate and universal from limited.

We have to make a conscious effort to connect with positive qualities every moment and to radiate this positivity outwards.  This is how we change the world by changing ourselves first.
