This is the 4th Year that Stephen Smith has run this first aid course at Om on behalf of the British Wheel of Yoga.
The course is aimed specifically at yoga teachers, therefore all the information is relevant.
This is not a generic, first aid course.
As a yoga teacher it will be the most useful one you do.
It is during times of significant change, even adversity, that our practice of yoga and meditation becomes ever more beneficial. Time spent on the yoga mat or cushion offers us a refuge and helps us to tap into our inner resources of resilience, balance and self-empowerment. We can find our way back towards our centre once again.
