Bring the mind and body into balance via accessible movement and breath awareness in this nurturing, relaxing class.
This mindful practice integrates movement with breath, improving posture and energy while decreasing stress.
In this gentle Hatha Yoga class I invite you to move slowly and with awareness to what is appropriate to your body and how is feels today. Working with a chair is a useful tool and can help you access the movement and postures with ease.
Claire believes movement should be meaningful and have a purpose in our everyday lives allowing our bodies to function as they should. Classes will take the traditional form of settling, asana (functional physical practice), pranayama (breathing practices) and finishing with deep relaxation.

I believe yoga should bring a sense of joy, be accessible to all and be both energising and relaxing.
Angela passionately believes that yoga is about so much more than the physical postures. While yoga helps us to understand and care for our bodies, it can also offer us a deeper understanding of our minds, our responses to life and the way we move through the world. Yoga teaches us to live with greater awareness — both on and off the mat.
A beautiful blend of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath awareness) & meditation. Nourishing for mind, body & soul.
Angela will skillfully guide you through practices to help you maintain and improve physical movement and function, as well as teach you breathing practices alongside other ancient esoteric practices.
My classes will begin with settling into the space and connecting to the breath. We will then begin to gently warm up the body, move into mindful standing sequences and balance and then come back down to the mat for some floor poses, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.
