In this gentle Hatha Yoga class I invite you to move with awareness to what is appropriate to your body and how it feels today. The more challenging postures are taught in stages and modifications are happily given. Working with a chair is a useful tool and can help you access the movement and postures with ease. Yoga practices are proven to be beneficial for health & wellbeing, physically & mentally.
