Session 1: September 20th: ‘All Things Om’
Have you ever wondered why we chant Om in Yoga? What does the symbol mean and how can I use it within my practice? What can Om do for me?
Session 2: October 18th: ”Different Ways of Seeing’
How can we understand ourselves better? This morning will explore Yogic philosophy and how it can help us have a better understanding of ourselves. (This session will not be suitable for anyone with any neck or shoulder issues as we will be exploring how we can journey towards some inverted practices.)
Session 3: November 15th: ‘Elemental Balance’
How can we use the elements of earth, air, fire, water and spirit within our practice. How do the natural elements relate to our Yoga practice and everyday lives.
Session 4: December 13th: ‘Be Here Now’
How can we be more present? A morning to explore how Yoga can help us be more in tune with each and every moment. Again we will explore the philosophy of Patanjali.
Each session will involve philosophy, discussion, asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, mantra and relaxation. Sessions run 10:30-1:30 each Saturday.
Sessions can be booked individually or as a set with a discounted rate. A certificate of completion will be issued for all four sessions attended.
Individual sessions – £30, £25 for Ommies. £20 concession for anyone struggling to meet the full cost.
Or for all four sessions (discounted rate) £110, £90 for Ommies. £70 for concession for anyone struggling to meet the full cost.
