Stronger in 30 Days Challenge

For all ages and all abilities!

Starting Sunday, 1st June  — join Andi for 30 days for just 10 minutes a day! You’ll be added to a supportive WhatsApp group where she’ll share a daily 10-minute video for 30 days. You can do the workouts whenever it suits you and if you wish to have rest day, that’s also possible – the videos will be available longer than 30 days

In the group, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, share your progress, and connect with an encouraging community — plus, get ongoing support from Andi and your fellow challengers. It’s all about feeling stronger together!

Each session is clearly explained and suitable for every level. Modifications are always offered, so you can go at your own pace. All you need is a little space, 10 minutes for yourself, and optional weights if you want to level up. We’ll target different muscle groups each day and cycle through them for a balanced, effective challenge.
