Introduction to Meditation – 5 week course with Rosemary Spencer

This 5 week course is designed for those with no meditation experience. It will create a good foundation to be able to meditate at home alone or to feel comfortable attending group meditation sessions.

We will cover the basics of what meditation is, posture, a little of its history, the science that supports using meditation, cover various styles of meditation so
you can find what works for you and hopefully have some fun along the way. It is also suitable for those who may already have a meditation practice but want
to broaden their knowledge of it.

Practicing meditation can provide a whole host of scientifically proven benefits for your health and wellbeing. Here are just a few :
