Hey parents! Looking for a fun and healthy way to keep your little ones active? Our Kids Yoga Class is the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, play and learning!
Your child will jump like a frog, roar like a lion, and stretch like a rainbow while learning mindfulness and breathing techniques to feel calm and strong!
Overall, yoga is a playful and engaging way for kids to build strength, focus, and emotional resilience while having lots of fun! Let’s bend, stretch, learn and smile together! Suitable for ages: 4-8 years.
Starts Thursday 27th February, 16.30-17.15 – Term Time only until 3rd April. (5-week term only, no session on 13 March)
