Workshop Highlights:
Breath Work & Connection – Begin with simple breathing techniques to calm the mind, energize the body, and connect as a family. Fun breath games like “Bee Buzz Breaths” and “Balloon Belly Breathing” will make learning easy and enjoyable.
Fun Yoga Postures – Move through an interactive yoga flow inspired by animals, nature, and adventure. From “soaring eagles” to “roaring lions,” every posture becomes part of a playful journey. Parents and children will also try partner poses to build trust and teamwork.
Storytime Yoga Adventure – Immerse in a yoga-inspired story where each movement brings the tale to life. Whether we’re exploring the jungle, sailing the seas, or climbing a magic mountain, every child becomes part of the adventure.
Relaxation & Mindfulness – End with a cozy guided relaxation, where children and parents can lie back, close their eyes, and drift into a world of imagination through a calming visualization. Soft music and gentle affirmations will leave everyone feeling refreshed and connected.
