Morning Yoga from the comfort of your own home. Zoom in and enjoy an invigorating practice designed to awaken the body and mind. It will start with slow, intentional movements and stretches that promote flexibility, balance, and energy flow. Andrea starts the session with breathing exercises or meditation to centre the mind, followed by gentle yet energising movements which may increase in wooed at times. to stretch and energize the body.
This practice helps to release stiffness from sleep, improve circulation, and set a positive tone for the day. Morning yoga is suitable for all levels and can be customised to include more dynamic sequences or restorative poses depending on the students’ energy and goals.
