Family is so important, and time and care are needed to nurture it and make it work; yoga is perfect for this! Children, parents, and even grandparents get to enjoy practicing yoga together and strengthen their bonds while they support each other and have fun.
Andrea’s Yin Yang Yoga class combines both elements, strength and stretch, movement and stillness into a well-balanced practice to experience the powerful effect of this synergy on our mind and body and to increase our energy and wellbeing.
A 6 week course for a maximum of 9 participants. You will learn how to improve your back health and how to maintain a good healthy functional spine.
