YOGOLF is a unique experience that combines golf coaching with yoga to help you get the most out of your body, mind and the game of golf.
The fun and friendly sessions are ideal for anyone looking to elevate their performance on the golf course and also perfect for people, who are new to golf and/or yoga, wishing to try a new experience in a relaxed environment.

Women’s Golf Afternoon – Introduction to Playing on the Course
23rd August | 3–7pm
Perfect for any woman who is new to golf, returning to the game, or has never felt confident enough to get out on the course.
Join us for a fun, relaxed and social afternoon designed to help you build confidence, improve your skills and enjoy the experience of playing golf in a supportive environment.
The afternoon will include:
Gentle warm up with breath awareness, useful pre-game functional movement / stretching.
Golf clinic and practice on the driving range
A fun 5 or 7-hole Texas Scramble team game
Coffee and cake break
Putting Games
Q&A session
Everything will be explained clearly, with plenty of support along the way — no pressure, no individual scoring, just a chance to learn, laugh and enjoy the game together.
A lovely way to dip your toe into golf and meet like-minded people.
