Join a welcoming, relaxed and down to earth postnatal yoga class and meet your mum tribe. You can come with or without your baby – but regardless, we focus on you!

Even if you are months or years postpartum, you are welcome to join.
Babies are welcome until they are moving fast (i.e. they can get away from you quickly, rather than just rolling – the yoga studio isn’t suitable for fully mobile babies). Or you can leave them at home!
