
Working as a counsellor/ psychotherapist, I have a deep interest in the connection between the mind and body.
My approach to yoga is rooted in the understanding that emotional well-being and physical balance are deeply intertwined.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, I support my students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
In my classes, I focus on creating a welcoming, accessible space where every student, no matter their level, can explore movement with awareness and kindness.

£13 per class (£10 for Ommies) ‘This is an ideal option for those who cannot commit to regular classes. Please contact the teacher at least 2 hours prior to class to confirm there is space.
