As the week begins to draw to a close, many of us feel it — energy dipping, minds still busy, bodies quietly holding the weight of the days behind us. Thursday evening offers a beautiful threshold… a moment to pause, soften, and begin the gentle transition into rest.
Our Yin Yoga class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Through slow, floor-based postures held for time, this practice works deeply into the connective tissues while also stimulating the body’s meridian lines — the subtle energetic pathways associated with vitality, balance, and overall wellbeing. By gently “tugging” on these lines, we encourage the flow of energy (Qi), helping to ease fatigue, support the organs, and restore a sense of internal harmony.
This is not a practice of striving, but of listening.
As the body softens, the nervous system begins to regulate. The breath steadies. The mind unwinds. In this space, stress can dissolve, and a quiet clarity often emerges.
