These classes will run as 6 week courses, each course will focus on a particular meditation practice from Introductory mindfulness techniques to ancient practices from the Tantras and Buddhism.
Some of the practices which will be taught are Kaya Sthairyam, Ajapa japa, Japa Japa, Likhet Japa, Antar Mouna, Trataka, Chidakasha Dharana alongside practices from the Vigyana Bharaiva Tantra and the Kriyas.
We will also visit meditation practices from Buddhism such as Loving Kindness and Tonglen.
Don’t worry if these sound gobbly-gook right now, you can be assured that these practices will be introduced slowly and built upon week by week so that you can confidently use these practices yourself, for the whole of your life when needed.
