I had been dipping in and out of yoga since my early 20’s, drawn towards the energy and history surrounding the practice. However, it always felt so vast and esoteric, so upon deciding to build my confidence to start my own personal practice, I decided to start studying yoga with the BWY foundation course at Om and fell in love with how they deliver their classes. On completion of the course, I knew I could not stop there and went straight onto teacher training.
I also work as a counsellor/ psychotherapist, so I have a deep interest in the connection between the mind and body. My approach to yoga is rooted in the understanding that emotional well-being and physical balance are deeply intertwined.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, I support my students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
