Our Kids Yoga Class

Our Kids Yoga Class (ages 7–11) offers a fun and supportive space for children to explore both their physical and emotional wellbeing. Through a blend of yoga practices, movement, games, and imaginative play, children will build strength, flexibility, confidence, and relaxation skills they can carry into everyday life.
