Hi, I’m Lindsey — a passionate Yoga teacher and ex-dancer with 26 years of dedication to teaching people to connect joyfully with their bodies through movement.
I first discovered the magic of Yoga at just 13 years old, and it has been my guiding light ever since — helping me navigate life’s ups and downs, recover from injuries, and find calm and balance through every chapter, including the challenges of the global pandemic.
I’m a 375-hour trained yoga teacher, holding qualifications in:
• 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga
• 50-hour Yin Yoga
• 28-hour Restorative Yoga & Polyvagal Theory
• 35-hour Myofascial Release, Energetic Anatomy & Yin Yoga
• 32-hour Yoga and the Neurobiology of Stress
• 28-hour Yoga Nidra and Yoga Wisdom
My background also includes Dance, Drama, Chair Yoga, and Movement Memories — a joyful, chair-based exercise class designed for older adults or those with mobility challenges.
Currently, I’m pursuing my 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, continuing to deepen my practice and update my knowledge so I can offer even more to my students.
As a Reiki Level 1 practitioner, I weave gentle energy and mindfulness into every class. Expect warm, nourishing sessions which stretch, strengthen, and soothe the body, while synchronising breath and movement to bring balance to the mind.
Each session closes with a guided meditation in Savasana, allowing you to fully integrate the practice and leave feeling grounded, calm, and truly cared for.
I can’t wait to move, breathe, and grow with you on the mat.
