SUMMARY:Hatha Yoga - Thurs am Eleanor
DESCRIPTION:My classes will begin with settling into the space and connecting to the breath. We will then begin to gently warm up the body\, move into mindful standing sequences and balance and then come back down to the mat for some floor poses\, pranayama\, meditation and deep relaxation. \nI believe yoga should bring a sense of joy\, be accessible to all and be both energising and relaxing.\nMy type of yoga is kind. It’s not about making shapes on a mat but about how you feel in body\, mind and spirit. It’s about holding space to let go of what may be weighing us down and connect to our inner stillness. It’s also about gratitude for what our bodies can do and the many wonderful things about the world around us. \nClasses will combine elements of nature\, ancient yogic practices and a little bit of fun. \nBooking Essential

SUMMARY:Free Taster Yoga Sessions for Adults with Autism and/or ADHD
DESCRIPTION:Free Taster Yoga Sessions for Adults with Autism and ADHD \nA calm\, welcoming space to move\, breathe\, relax and simply be yourself. \nThis free taster yoga session has been created especially for autistic adults\, people with ADHD and others who identify as neurodivergent. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practised before\, you are warmly welcome. \nThe session offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and\, for a little while\, let go of the need to mask\, perform or fit in. Instead\, you can simply arrive as you are and take part in a gentle\, relaxed group practice alongside others. \nA calm and sensory-friendly approach \nThe session will be deliberately calm\, quiet and low-sensory. There will be no music and the lighting will be kept comfortable\, creating a peaceful environment where you can focus on yourself and your own experience. \nThe yoga will include gentle movement\, breathwork and meditative elements. Breathwork can be particularly helpful in supporting regulation\, easing feelings of anxiety and helping to manage sensory overload\, while meditation can provide a welcome pause from a busy or overactive mind. \nThere is no expectation to perform or get the postures ‘right’. Yoga is not about achieving a particular shape – it is about noticing how you feel\, moving in a way that feels comfortable for your own body and discovering what helps you to feel more settled and at ease. \nYou are always encouraged to listen to your own needs and make choices that feel right for you. \nWhy Sally? \nSally brings both professional experience and personal understanding to her teaching. She was diagnosed as autistic herself 14 years ago and understands first-hand some of the challenges that neurodivergent people can experience\, including masking\, sensory overload and anxiety. \nShe is a 300-hour accredited yoga teacher with experience working with neurodiverse adults and is passionate about creating yoga spaces that feel safe\, inclusive and accessible. \nHer classes incorporate elements of yoga that can support both body and mind\, including gentle movement\, breathwork\, relaxation and meditation. \nEveryone is welcome \nYou don’t need to be flexible\, fit or experienced in yoga. The session is suitable for all levels\, including complete beginners. \nThere is no pressure to talk\, interact or participate beyond what feels comfortable for you. You can simply come along\, practise alongside the group and enjoy some time for yourself. \nAnd if you’d like to stay afterwards\, there will be an opportunity to have a cuppa\, meet and connect with other group members\, and ask Sally any questions about the practice or what future sessions might look like. \nThe session is completely FREE\, but spaces are limited\, so booking is essential. \nCome along\, take a breath\, and discover how yoga might support you to feel a little calmer\, more comfortable and more connected to yourself. \nThursday 12th November 1 til 2pm \nFriday 13th November 7 til 8pm

SUMMARY:Hatha Yoga Class-Thurs Eve-Angela
DESCRIPTION:Angela passionately believes that yoga is about so much more than the physical postures. While yoga helps us to understand and care for our bodies\, it can also offer us a deeper understanding of our minds\, our responses to life and the way we move through the world. Yoga teaches us to live with greater awareness — both on and off the mat. \nAngela’s classes always begin with a little time to lie down. A chance to pause\, breathe and let go of the busyness of the day. Time for the body to soften\, the mind to gently quieten and for you to arrive fully in the room. \nThis is also when the theme of the class is intruduced — an invitation to become curious\, to wonder\, to question and perhaps to see something in a slightly different way. \nYou’ll be skilfully guided through practices designed to support and improve strength\, mobility and physical function\, alongside other traditional yogic practices. \nClasses end with time to explore Pranayama (breathing techniques) and to deeply relax\, often through Yoga Nidra — a beautiful practice of guided relaxation incorporating sankalpa (a personal intention)\, body awareness\, breath awareness and visualisation. \nAngela’s classes are welcoming and suitable for every body and all levels of experience. You don’t need to be flexible\, experienced or “good at yoga” to come along. Modifications and options are offered throughout the practice\, allowing you to work in a way that feels safe\, supportive and appropriate for your own body. \nBooking is essential

SUMMARY:Yin Yoga - Thurs Eve Katya
DESCRIPTION:Thursday Evening Yin Yoga \nAs the week begins to draw to a close\, many of us feel it — energy dipping\, minds still busy\, bodies quietly holding the weight of the days behind us. Thursday evening offers a beautiful threshold… a moment to pause\, soften\, and begin the gentle transition into rest. \nOur Yin Yoga class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. \nThrough slow\, floor-based postures held for time\, this practice works deeply into the connective tissues while also stimulating the body’s meridian lines — the subtle energetic pathways associated with vitality\, balance\, and overall wellbeing. By gently “tugging” on these lines\, we encourage the flow of energy (Qi)\, helping to ease fatigue\, support the organs\, and restore a sense of internal harmony. \nThis is not a practice of striving\, but of listening. \nAs the body softens\, the nervous system begins to regulate. The breath steadies. The mind unwinds. In this space\, stress can dissolve\, and a quiet clarity often emerges. \nRegular Yin practice can:\n– Help reduce physical and mental fatigue\n– Support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation\n– Improve flexibility and joint health\n– Encourage better sleep\n– Create space for reflection and emotional balance \nThursday evening Yin is the perfect way to begin winding down — a nourishing exhale at the end of your working week. You’ll leave feeling calmer\, more spacious\, and gently reconnected to yourself… ready to step into your weekend from a place of ease rather than exhaustion. \nCome as you are. Rest\, restore\, and receive. \nLooking forward to welcoming you 🙂 See you om the mat! \nBooking Essential
