By gently “tugging” on these lines\, we encourage the flow of energy (Qi)\, helping to ease fatigue\, support the organs\, and restore a sense of internal harmony. \nThis is not a practice of striving\, but of listening. \nAs the body softens\, the nervous system begins to regulate. The breath steadies. The mind unwinds.
