Biography: Treating the mind and body with love and compassion is what yoga means to me. I look forward to sharing this journey of self discovery with the Om community.
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012. I first sought out a yoga class as a way of balancing the pressures of a busy lifestyle. I’ve attended Anji’s class for the past 4 years. I’ve been blessed by her compassionate approach to teaching and the warm community atmosphere of the Om studio. Having established a regular practice, I became keen to develop my knowledge of yoga philosophy. In 2018 I completed the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course with Pamela Barton, which only fueled my desire to know more. In October 2018 I enrolled on the Feel Now Yoga Teacher Training Course with Debbie Farrar, which has provided me with the tools and understanding I need to teach. I believe yoga can be accessible to everyone and I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with others.
