I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Yoga came into my life when after a reoccurring running injury I found a book entitled Yoga for Athletes and I’ve never looked back. I always thought that Yoga was for skinny and bendy people but I soon found that it was a way to allow me to live an active life with reduced injury.
Whilst I started out enjoying the fast paced and athletic yoga, my own personal practice has completely changed over the years. I now enjoy a variation of personal practice which moves effortlessly into my classes including meditation and deep relaxation.
I have had some amazing and super inspiring teachers along the way (including Anji and Bridget) and have been teaching since 2012.
I’m qualified with Sun Power Yoga as a 200-hour registered teacher (including extensive Anatomy and Physiology training) and have also trained in Om the Ball, Aerial Yoga, Yoga for Children and Aqua Yoga.
My favourite sessions are: Yoga on the Ball, Mandala Flow, Dynamic Flow and Yoga for Athletes and always include lots of humour. My clesses are open to all as I believe that ‘every body’ can benefit from the practice of yoga and I always offer alternative postures for all abilities. All are welcome!
Go with Peace, Go with Joy, Go with Love!
