Biography: I believe yoga is for everyone and all body types. It is not a physical sport but more of a lifestyle choice, a conscious move towards creating a better you.
Jal is a fully qualified practicing Yogi who has spent time living in India, practicing yoga and meditation daily. She completed her Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training in the spiritual place of Rishikesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India.
Since her return to the UK she was drawn to teaching pregnancy yoga and completed her Yoga Alliance accredited Pregnancy Yoga teacher training with Yoga Mama at Putney Clinic. Her caring and compassionate nature help nourish and empower new mothers to be whilst they are going through this transition in life.
She has recently given birth during the pandemic and now wants to connect with other mothers and share knowledge and experiences helping them physically and mentally transform and blossom into motherhood.
