Charlotte has been journaling for more than 25 years and is a firm believer in getting your words down on paper to enable growth and reflection.
“Journaling is a great way to increase self-awareness and promote positivity, as well as encouraging you to face any fears or issues you may have hidden deep down in your subconscious. When we let go of hard feelings, we create headspace for new opportunities and promote a practice of gratitude and hope.”
