DESCRIPTION:Dances of Universal Peace\nSeasonal Gatherings; Dance the Prayers of your Body\, Heart and Soul!\nWe gather at the turning of the year to honour the natural rhythms that move through our bodies\, our lives\, and the world around us. On 14th March\, 21st June\, 26th September and 19th December\, you are warmly invited to join us for Dances of Universal Peace — a series of seasonal gatherings rooted in connection\, presence and shared humanity. \nThe Dances of Universal Peace are simple\, meditative circle dances drawn from sacred phrases\, chants and melodies from many of the world’s spiritual traditions. No previous experience is needed. The dances are taught gently\, step by step\, and held in a welcoming\, non-performative space where all are encouraged to move in a way that feels authentic and nourishing. \nEach gathering is an invitation to dance the prayers of your body\, heart and soul — to listen inwardly\, to move together in rhythm\, and to celebrate the season we are entering or releasing. Through movement\, music and stillness\, we create a shared field of peace\, joy and belonging. \nCome as you are. Bring curiosity\, an open heart\, and a willingness to step into the circle. These seasonal gatherings offer a chance to pause\, reconnect\, and remember the simple power of moving and praying together. \nEverything will be clearly guided and held. All are welcome\, whether you are new friends or old. \nEverything is taught as we go along\, so anyone can join. \nIf you’d like to join us for a shared meal afterwards\, please bring a contribution of something delicious to share. \nYou are welcome to join us for one gathering or all 4
