Yin yoga is sloooowww yoga, simple postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes, the aim is to relax the muscles, create space in the joints & soften deeply within.
As we make different shapes, pressurise and pull on the bodies tissues we coax the chi and the blood to flow to these sites making them stronger and better lubricated so they are more usable in the future
Yin Yoga Is Time for self-care, time to slow down, time to just be. Space will be gifted for you to listen to you and respond with care as you are gently guided into long mindful holds.
Yin yoga is a practice to luxuriate in therefore these fortnightly classes are 2 hours long.
Time: 10.00am - 12.00pm
£11.00 per class when booking a block of 4 classes = £44 (they don’t have to be consecutive)
