Thursday evening offers a beautiful threshold… a moment to pause\, soften\, and begin the gentle transition into rest. \nOur Yin Yoga class is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. \nThrough slow\, floor-based postures held for time\, this practice works deeply into the connective tissues while also stimulating the body’s meridian lines — the subtle energetic pathways associated with vitality\, balance\, and overall wellbeing. By gently “tugging” on these lines\, we encourage the flow of energy (Qi)\, helping to ease fatigue\, support the organs\, and restore a sense of internal harmony. \nThis is not a practice of striving\, but of listening. \nAs the body softens\, the nervous system begins to regulate. The breath steadies. The mind unwinds.
