Ability Level: Toddlers approximately from 12 month to school age
Toddlers are bounding balls full of life and energy and toddler yoga brings parents and children together to exercise, have fun and harness that energy to build on strength, flexibility and coordination. It also allows time to introduce the concept of calm and relaxation which is so often lost at this age.
Classes give the opportunity to learn to jump, run, throw, balance and really physically use the body. Language and listening skills are developed through the use of storytelling, singing and rhymes to create a truly unique bonding experience. No previous experience is needed.
