Join Ellie and Andrea for a relaxing and nourishing session where you can recharge and let go ready to start a new week.
Having two different teachers will give you varied perspectives on yoga asana practice. Our fun and friendly classes will cover different styles of yoga from Hatha to vinyasa, slow flow and yin but will always include settling, movement, balance, meditation and relaxation. We will restore with Savasana or a short yoga Nidra. You should leave the session feeling relaxed yet energised, alert yet grounded.
Join us to learn about energy channels, energy centres (chakras) and meridian lines. Our yoga path follows the wheel of the year and you may be inspired to see the world in a different way through discovering mandala flow.
