Parent and Baby Yoga

The studio is closed, these classes are cancelled until further notice.

A unique and fun yoga class designed for Mums, Dads, Grandparents or any carers and their babies.

The class includes 1 hour yoga and 30 mins socialising time when we share our stories, ideas, knowledge we learnt, skills we gained next to a cup of tea and biscuits.

Here is a wonderful opportunity for you as a new mum, dad, grandparent or carer to spend some ME time and do some wonderful yoga practice while you are also bonding with baby. Discover how yoga can help you strengthen, stretch and relax your body and your mind.
Whether you are new to yoga or reconnecting with it, these gentle classes will restore your sense of well being.

For Mums please be sure you have had your six/eight week check from your GP before starting.

£10 per class More

£25 each for two relatives from the same household or £8 each instead of £10 drop in when you bring grandma, auntie etc.
