Something a little different: it’s still yoga – we still do pranayama, asana and savasana, but the practice is on/with a stability ball!

Using your core strength to stay balanced it’s a great way to explore asana in a different way – but it’s also a great deal of fun.


Time: 1.30pm - 3.30pm


Booking is essential as there are only 10 balls available!
