Becoming a mother is a happy time, sharing your life with a new soul, but can also be a worrying time in our current climate. Join Jal our yoga teacher and baby Shaylan our newest member of the team for a fun and nourishing practice.
Breathing & relaxation techniques
• Exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor
• Postures to strengthen your abdominal muscles
• Movements to stabilise your pelvis and lower back
• Techniques to release neck and shoulder strain
Mother & Baby yoga classes are playful, designed to help you adjust into your new lives, as well as aiming to help them in postnatal recovery. We aim to create a beautiful and nurturing atmosphere where women can come to listen and learn and share their experiences and questions.
Come and join our classes once you and baby have had your 6 weeks check-up.

Monthly – £25 (These passes are to be purchased at the start of each month and are non-refundable if a session is missed).
We would like to include all mummies in our classes so if you are finding it challenging to find funds, then please get in touch and we can work something out.
