Join Andrea for a fun workshop all about balance! On this 2 hours workshop Andrea will guide you through some super fun balancing practices
There’s a real “use it or lose it” component to maintaining your balance. Whether you’re looking to prevent balance issues or to reverse them, you need to challenge your balance on a regular basis. In Andrea’s class you will be learning safe, effective exercises that can improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. With practice, almost anyone can achieve better balance.
You will be practicing different static and dynamic balance postures and movements and you will have a chance to try balance beam and wheel!
No previous experience required. Participants of all ages and mobility levels welcome. Chairs will be provided, and if you have a yoga mat, please bring one.
